Bhai dooj commemorates the bond of love between siblings and is celebrated with rituals similar to Raksha Bandhan after two days of Deepawali. She gave him a grand welcome for his winning over the devil and she also applied a Vijay Tilak. From that day every sister celebrates this occasion like Bhai Dooj.
